Optimum cooking mode

For crude arancine, a completely defrosted product must be fryed in boiling oil at 180 ° C until it become golden; For pre-baked arancine, the product must be regenerated at 180/200 ° C for 10/12 minutes, in a static or ventilated oven. Microwave use is not recommended.


For the "Tavola Calda" yeast products such as calzoni, pizzas, cartocciate and onions, offered as raw or pre-cooked, it is advisable: for raw products, to completely thaw the food and put it in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for about 10/15 minutes, while for pre-cooked ones it is recommended to heat in microwave for 1 minute or in oven at 140 ° C for 4/5 minutes.

Tips for perfect thawing

All frozen products must be thawed naturally. For a proper thawing process it is useful to divide our products between salads and pastry.
Salted products: "Tavola calda" products must be thawed at room temperature or in a refrigerator.
For baked products such as calzoni, pizzas, cartocciate and onions, the thawing last about 2 hours; For arancine, it last vary from 8 to 10 hours at room temperature below 20 ° C; in the refrigerate it last for about 12 hours. It is recommended to completely defrost the product for an optimal result.

All pastry products must always be thawed for about 2/3 hours depending on the ambient or frigde temperature before being consumed.

The "Semifreddi", on the other hand, can be consumed immediately or after a few minutes they has been taken from the freezer.
