Raw and pre-cooked arancini, how to obtain optimal cooking

For raw arancini, once the product is completely thawed, it is necessary to fry it in boiling oil at 180°C until completely golden; for pre-fried arancine, however, it is necessary to regenerate the product in the oven at 180/200°C for 10/12 minutes, in a static or ventilated oven. The use of the microwave is not recommended.
