How to defrost pastry products?

All frozen products must be thawed naturally.

All pastry products must always be thawed for about 2/3 hours depending on the ambient or frigde temperature before being consumed.

The "Semifreddi", on the other hand, can be consumed immediately or after a few minutes they has been taken from the freezer.
